The primary benefit that our company, ACF Associates have received from the RepDollar 2000 System has been the ability to track orders for on time delivery. Monetarily, the program has allowed our company to catch mistakes by manufacturers when paying commissions. Last year, we collected $12,000 in back commissions that we would have never caught if not using the RepDollar 2000 software system.

Xcelsoft has been very responsive to our needs as a company. Xcelsoft is always very friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend purchasing the annual support or maintenance contract. Having this contract allows you unlimited technical support which can be extremely helpful to your inside salespeople.

I have been using RepDollar and RepDollar 2000 software and support service since 1987. In all those years I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a support call back and 99% of the time Xcelsoft has been available and able to help on the first call. Their willingness to support the product was demonstrated when a failing hard drive on my server corrupted my RepDollar 2000 data base and I had not adequately backed up my data. I FedXed a copy of the corrupted data base to Xcelsoft on Friday and they sent back a repaired copy on the following Monday. At no charge!

The RepDollar software package is well thought out and well documented, and is a great value. I do not know what I would have done all of these years without Xcelsoft's great software. RepDollar 2000 presented a smooth transition from the DOS version virtually bug free. With this package we can constantly track our sales and sales activity to ensure success for our company. The ease with which we can calculate the most complex commission program ensures that our salespeople are paid in a timely and accurate manner.

Xcelsoft has always been willing to do continuous updates and improvements to their programs and has been willing to do custom features for a reasonable price as well. My sincere thanks to Xcelsoft for being a "partner" in support of our efforts at M-REP, Inc.

We have been a user of RepDollar/RepDollar 2000 for approximately 15 years. RepDollar has been an invaluable tool for our organization from many standpoints: Efficient and accurate order entry with our Principals, ready tracking of order status for customers, efficient means of commission tracking & collection. RepDollar 2000 enables us to readily "find" additional commission dollars on a quarterly basis. These dollars are typically the result of Principals either incorrectly calculating the commission (based upon their formula) or overlooking payment on certain invoices due to problems with their A/P software.

The ability to quickly run reports at every stage of an order (e.g. order expedite, aged invoice, etc.) and use those reports to request data from our Principals allows us to run our organization much more efficiently.

Xcelsoft technical support has been first rate in terms of responding to issues we have encountered over the years. In addition, Xcelsoft has been very responsive to incorporating requests into future releases or doing custom programming if a given request doesn't have broad appeal.

Until we began using RepDollar, we didn't realize how much money our manual system allowed to go uncollected. By starting to track an order at the verbal stage and by catching all our principals mistakes, we have saved thousands of dollars.

We are unusual in that we book commissions on order. Commissions are payable to the salesman the month they bring in the PO. We like the incentive of this arrangement. It took custom modifications of RepDollar to accommodate our special needs in this respect. Xcelsoft was quick, thorough, and reasonable in providing for these needs.

After looking at almost every software package that was available for rep's at the time, Over & Over purchased the original version of RepDollar in 1985. Within the first two years, we more than recovered the cost of the package with our ability to track and collect unpaid commissions from our principals.

We recently purchased RepDollar 2000 and I can't say enough about the improvements. Because it is so much easier and faster to use than the old version, we are now entering our orders with even more detail than we were before. It runs so much faster that I can now do things in minutes that were taking me hours and sometimes days. We did look at some of the other packages available, but Xcelsoft has always been so supportive and willing to make whatever changes we needed that we're just more comfortable dealing with Xcelsoft.

Our sales people love the new reports, especially now that I can convert them to spreadsheets. I love the flexibility I now have on the reports. The ability to use the query feature and sort the data actually allows me to do my own "custom" reports without having to pay for additional programming. The things we really like about RepDollar 2000 are: Allows for the easy application and reconciliation of commissions through it's invoice and POS data entry and cash posting systems • Commission discrepancies • The "commission" reports are comprehensive and allow for the easy tracking and payment of salesman commission salaries • RepDollar 2000 is comprehensive in reporting and tracking features, yet simplified in data entry features • It is very user friendly with many data entry shortcuts • RepDollar 2000 allows us to maintain very detailed order and shipment records, as well as, extremely detailed commission records • Ease of tracking Quotes & Samples • Part Number inquiries and shipping/booking reports are invaluable to Inside & Outside Sales • Being able to partially replicate so salesman's data resides on their notebook and then synchronize to main database

The primary benefit of the RepDollar system is that I am able to collect forgotten money from principals. Even my best principals make mistakes, and Xcelsoft software has more than paid for itself with its tracking abilities. Forecasting is much easier because we can retrieve historical data in many different usable formats. Our time management of accounts has also become more productive.

It is surprising to find out that the most money often comes from accounts we do not cover well. The RepDollar 2000 account management system allows us to focus our attention and properly maintain all of our accounts. This software package follows receivables with such detailed information, you can delegate any job to an inside office person and then track their efforts with many different reports.

The primary benefit we receive form the RepDollar 2000 system is our ability to keep track of all activity regarding a customer from order placement to invoice to commissions paid on any order. The program keeps this information in a manner that allows us to quickly compute the commissions due any salesman on a per customer/principal basis. This program allows us to collect more commissions by keeping up with all open orders and invoices that are past due. If a principal is delinquent on their commissions, it is easy to determine this.

RepDollar helps manage the time spent on each account by keeping track of the revenue produced by each account. This helps in making decisions on where to allocate resources. I strongly recommend that a representative use some sort of database management program to keep track of their overall business. I have looked at three different programs and the RepDollar2000 which is geared to the rep business, was the easiest to learn, make changes and offered the most flexibility.

The technical support has been very good. Xcelsoft is always available and has a good knowledge of the Microsoft products. Xcelsoft has also been responsive in making minor changes to make the program a better overall product. I would recommend RepDollar 2000 to anyone considering a new database management product. I would recommend having a detailed discussion with them prior to adding a network if one does not already exist. They can probably suggest products that are compatible with this program and make the program run much faster.

The RepDollar 2000 software system has given us easy access to much needed financial information. Access to this data has helped our company to grow successfully.

RepDollar 2000 has allowed us to earn and collect more commission in many ways. By submitting the aging reports to principals, in some cases we had more information than our principals did on sales activities.

Time management of our accounts is so much more productive. The descending order reports have kept us focused on our largest and key accounts. We have found RepDollar 2000 to be one of the key factors in our overall growth for the past 13 years.

We have compared it with competitors software, mostly offered through ERA, and have found, in some respects, their capabilities lacking. Xcelsoft's technical support has been very responsive in meeting any custom programming needs we've had. Without RepDollar 2000, there would have been no easy way to keep track of purchase orders, commissions and payments. The program is easy to use and accurate. Its report generating capabilities has also helped us to look at our sales in many different ways, by territory, salesmen or principal, or combinations of these. The technical support has been great. We changed over to RepDollar 2000 during January 1999, our many concern at that time was becoming Y2K compliant. The added options available have proved to be great time-savers as well as making us a more professional Rep company. We added the Replication feature and gave all our field sales people Laptop's. They now enter all of their Business Opportunities and Quotes into their systems and we synchronize with the main system once a week.

We have standardized all our monthly reports that are required from our principals and now can generate these reports with the push of a button instead of trying to remember what we have done the last 30 days. The added benefit is that we now provide more up-to-date and complete information. Xcelsoft has been extremely helpful in customizing these reports to meet our needs.

We just recently started importing POS data into the system via the Generic Pos Import option. This used to take hours and hours, now it takes minutes.
