the Opportunity (continued)
Once you have defined an opportunity, you can add an unlimited
number of line items (part #, price, manufacturer,
distributor, etc.) to it. Each item represents a potential
purchase, from the same or different manufacturer. Additionally,
you can specify up to four distributors (for each item) for Disty
opportunities.
The Opportunities Tracking system allows you to assign multiple
action items to any given opportunity or quote. And you can retrieve
(search) for action items by date, inside or outside sales person,
territory, manufacturer, or any combination of allowing you
to manage your action items effectively to achieve unprecedented
levels of productivity and timesaving throughout your entire workflow
process.
